Temp help
Hello ladies,
I wokeup not sure what time it was as my phone was off..took my temp and it was 36.31 then i went to washroom and back to bed.then i woke up again after a deep sleep probably id say 4 hours later and topl my temp and it was 37.88. So i got off bed and found out it was 11am( i usually take my temp at 10 am).
Which one is the correct one?
