Sharing my journey - TTC after 12 years on the pill

Hi lovely ladies! This is my first post here and I am new to the bbt and TTC world! Now that I am (FINALLY!) finished with my university education, my fiancé and I recently decided we would love to start a family. I am 27, I'll be 28 on August 12th - wow that's coming up quickly! My partner is 30.

I just want to share my journey with you, and hopefully get some advice and support along the way. ♥️

I had been on various oral contraceptives for 12 years straight. I stopped taking my pill in the beginning of June, then had my bleed from June 7-10. When I didn't get my next period when expected, the emotions and research began. As suggested by my friends and partner, I tested over and over again, confirming I was not pregnant. Then the research began... I learned that it can take some women up to a year (!!!!) before their cycles are back to normal after the pill.

I learned about bbt and decided to give it a try to hopefully determine if and when I am ovulating.

Well ladies, I think things are starting to look positive!! I think I need two more high temp days, right? I'll post updates! Send baby dust our way! I'll be so grateful if it happens this quickly. 😊😍 I think we covered our bases so far.😂
