Anyone get negatives on 12DPO and the find out after they’re pregnant???

Any symptoms you’re Experiencing? I’ve been exhausted for the past week (yes I have a toddler running circles around me but it feels different,) gassy, two days ago I had cramps but not sever. I usually never get cramps with AF. A pulling/sharping pain in my lower abdomen right above my pubic bone.. I hope I’m not doing it to myself. I also have chills every now and then.
