Medication changes.

Ok ladies so I just got back from my doctor and right now I'm back on progesterone 100mg ako for 10 days to shrink my cysts again then after that I go back in 4 weeks instead of 3 because she'll be out and this would have been my 5th round of clomid 100mg with 10,000 hcg trigger but now I will be on femara 5mg and possibly do a trigger with this one. What are the side effects of this one and did it work better than clomid??? This will be our last round of trying and then we're taking a break from all hormones, financial issues (screw covid 19) and emotional stress well you guys understand.
