Day 1 of femara down

After so long of trying on our own and finding out I have PCOS and don't ovulate on my own, we finally are getting some fertility help. I took the first pill of femara and while I don't expect to get pregnant the first cycle of it, I just feel hopeful for the first time in a long time. I just wanted to share because hope isn't as often as it used to be for me in this struggle. So here's to hoping I respond to the femara!
