Placenta previa/bleeding

Anyone have it and spot everyday? (My ob is aware of my everyday spotting) but has anyone had a little bit of blood clots? I never filled a pad they told me previously if I fill a pad in an hour then to call/go to l&d. I notice in the middle of the night when I have to pee i feel like I’m going to burst that’s when I have red blood but never enough to fill a pad...any experiences? My ob is closed until Monday and no there’s isn’t a number I can call for after hours. Last time I had some clots I went into l&d thankfully everything was fine they never knew why I did. But I had the same happen again last night😣 baby been moving lots.
