3 year old sick ?!

My daughter had her 3 year check up on Wednesday. Two days later (yesterday), her temp was elevated and still is today. It’s most been around 99.6 but at one point was 100.2. She seems completely normal but of course I’m freaking out with everything that’s going on.

Should I bother going to get her tested? I’m worried that doing that might expose us to Covid even more. Should we quarantine for 14 days?

I’m pretty sure its just a normal virus but I don’t know. 😩
