18 month old with fever

My 18 month old has had a fever all day and it’s gradually been going up even with Tylenol and Motrin. Right now it’s at 101.4, I know I don’t need to bring her in right now because it’s still low enough. But when would I know when to bring her in? The only symptom she has is a fever and it was random. She is the only one in the house with one (there are 4 of us all together). I get nervous with all this COVID talk.
