What Were Your Symptoms DPO Before Your BFP?

What sort of symptoms or changes did you notice about your 2ww before your BFP?
What was different this time versus waiting for AF to show up?
Did it feel like AF was coming?

My only symptoms were on 8dpo for about 3-4 hours I had AF type cramps more on my left side. Then 9 and 10dpo I was just so hungry! Tested positive 10dpo in the morning faint line with a dollar store test.  I'm 12 dpo now.

I have a Fitbit HR. My resting HR normally goes up around ovulation and then slowly comes down after a week and steadily drops during my period. The month I conceived, it went up around ovulation then shot through the roof. Around 7 DPO I was like huh? Took test on 10 DPO and it was faint positive.
