Which TOG to pick

Hello ladies

I want to buy another sleeping sac for my baby as he is becoming 6 months old soon

I usually dress him in bodysuit/onesies AND sleepers/pajama (I’m listing all the names I know not to cause any confusion as in an earlier post 😅)

Anyhow I attached a photo that has what I mean

So what is the best TOG to get with this combination! And usually the room temperature is between 70 to 75 f

His body temp. is usually ok but his face and hands gets really cold with a colder temperature

And we live in Middle East so it’s really hot over here 🔥

Plz don’t judge 😅 I’m a FTM and need help in deciding as I’m super confused until now lol
