Approx 5 weeks pregnant!!

Hi everyone! I got my first positive pregnancy test. I am approx 5 weeks pregnant. I have an OB appt coming up. I am nervous because I don’t have much symptoms. Just sore boobs when I grab or touch them. But that’s it! Occasional cramping here and there. Is this normal? I know every pregnancy is different but I can’t help but worry if I’m not experiencing enough symptoms?

Also has anyone taken labetolol or protonix in pregnancy? My doctor says it’s okay on the phone, but I can’t help but worry!
