Stressing and struggling

Why is life so hard at times? When I think I'm getting ahead somehow i aways fall back. I work 2 jobs and get paid every other week.. my husband works a full time job and takes side jobs but I swear it's like we can never be on time with anything and nothing is ever caught up! Idk what to do anymore. I've been looking for ways to try to make some side money like maybe online or something but I feel like everything is a scam. Do any of you ladies have a online job that you can make your own hrs and actually pays you? I really need help
