After advice

Em

So I sleep with the fan on, all night every night no matter what season it is (yes even winter). When I don’t have the fan on I feel like I’m suffocating, I’ll have nightmares everything it’s a real trigger for my PTSD to have the fan off (my step dad almost killed me strangling me) and so having it on gives me a sense of comfort relief and helps me breathe, now I’ve tried to sleep without it and I am in therapy before anyone suggests that. But the advice I’m looking for is.. I’m about to have a baby and obviously I want him to sleep in with us for the first few months (in a bassinet next to the bed) not really co sleeping just in the same room so getting up for feeds and things isn’t so hard as Im looking at needing a c section.. I am worried that I’m not going to be able to do this because I don’t want to risk my babies health due to having the fan on constantly. Did any other mommas sleep with the fan on with baby in the room or did you just have to go straight to having your newborn in their own room, how did you go about this
