I need a Diagnosis 👩🏽‍⚕️

So last week I started bleeding a week after my period and this was nothing like my period so I went in to see my gynecologist just to check up because every time I was eating I felt sick and there was some blood clots. she said it was anovulatory bleeding and it’s normal like just another period. I still don’t think that’s right because I only ever bled when I went an peed I didn’t wear a pad or anything but I bled a lot when I went to the restroom and yes it was from my vagina and 100% positive it wasnt a uti. well now 5 days later it’s pretty much over but I just noticed a brown spot kind of big to that appeared and my inner labia near my clitoris like literally just appeared because I never have seen it. I know I’m young but I did some research an all I see that comes up is vulvar Cancer. Like what should I do go back to the gynecologist should I just ignore it and maybe just hope it’s a beauty mark or like what Idk what to think has anyone had this problem?
