Lifting heavy stuff

Ill be moving in 3 weeks and well it just occurred to me that ill be moving lol. Meaning I have to lift stuff. So we have asked another couple to come help us move. I emailed my doc about lifting heavy stuff but no response yet. But i’m curious if you all think its okay to lift heavy items. And if not what excuse do I give the other couple for not being able to lift stuff which obviously necessary to move? No one but my husband and I know that I am pregnant. We will tell family and friends in September. I just had my first miscarriage in April 2020 if that makes a difference. Ill be 10weeks along during the weekend of our big move.
