Spasms caused blocked right tube?

So upset! Had my saline bubble ultrasound today! Everything was perfect! Expect the bubbles didn’t come out my right tube but they came out my left tube! I am 95% sure my right tube just spazzed out and the muscles contracted shut, cause I have no reason to have a blocked tube, It was sharp very painful when they blew up the balloon in my uterus which caused me to freak out a bit. I’m going in for HSG tomorrow what are the chances of my right tube blocking again I definitely have a right tube just not a single bubble came through:(

Idk about a tube “spazzing out” I dont even know if that’s possible or makes sense. There are alot of reasons as to why a woman’s tube(s) may be blocked. You don’t necessarily need to have symptoms... many women don’t find out until they have testing done- like you.

I didn’t have symptoms of a blocked tube but mine was definitely blocked:( scarred over from endometriosis:( which I also didn’t have symptoms of. Good luck 😬 HSG was the most painful test I have had to date.

My uterus went into a spasm during my HSG (my RE said it happens to less than 5% of his patients) which ruled my test as inconclusive, but it definitely looked like both of my tubes were closed. He was able to identify that it was caused by a spasm because 1) it was horrifically painful and 2) the dye didn’t enter the tubes at all which pointed to the muscles around the tubes constricting and not allowing the dye through. He said if the tubes are blocked then he’ll see the dye enter the tube at least a little bit but not make it all the way through which indicates a clear blockage. 
I had another HSG under anesthesia 3 weeks later and my tubes were wide open which confirmed it was in fact just a spasm.

I had an HSG test back in February. The same type of thing happened, the dye went through my left tube perfectly but my left wasn’t going through. I had never had any pelvic infection or endo that would cause a blockage. They said either the tube was truly blocked OR my muscles spasmed and make me tube look blocked. I opted to do have surgery or another HSG. I ended up taking Femera since we assumed one tube was blocked me we’re sure if it would work. WELL I’m now pregnant with fraternal TWINS. My RE assumes that I ovulated out of both tubes, meaning that neither one is blocked. So it could possibly be that you had a muscle spasm.
