Worried and scared.

Honestly don't know what to think or how to feel at the moment. Should be 6 weeks 3 days today according to app. Doctor still didn't see anything on the ultrasound not even a gestational sac yet. He's thinking either still too early, done already miscarried with no bleeding just the spotting I've had here and there I still have pregnancy symptoms or ectopic. I'm so scared and at a lost for words. Did more blood work to see where my levels stand now. Scheduled to go back in 2 weeks. If bloodwork results something alarming to doctor he will call me asap
