Interaction during FaceTime/video call

My daughter's grandparents live in another state and we FaceTime/video call them about once a week from the computer. She is always seated and eye level with them. We have been doing this for about 6 months and she still doesn't interact with others over video. She interacts very well with us in person... Answers to her name, plays &talks with us but doesn't over video call. She is the same way with me and her dad when we video call her 😐😒😐 My daughter is 17 months. She is an only child and hasn't been around others yet due to the pandemic. I am not sure if I should ask the doctor about this at her next appt. Does anyone have any insight on this?
