Auto immune issues?

I’ve been diagnosed with unexplained infertility for the last 3 years. They have found nothing wrong. After a miscarriage from a fresh transfer, a failed transfer and a chemical pregnancy from a frozen transfer I switched doctors. He ran a recurrent pregnancy loss panel and it was discovered i have antinuclear antibodies and I’m being referred to a rheumatologist to further investigate. Has anyone experienced an autoimmune issue? I know the solution is a steroid pill so my body doesn’t attack the embryo. I asked my last doctor for pill just as a precaution and she wouldn’t do it. The thought of finally having an answer It amazing but also going through all of this heart break when there was a simple solution blows myself mind. Thank you in advance!
