Best home security system?

We just purchased a home that previously had ADT. We aren’t sure we want to go the ADT route though. What systems do you have? How much do you pay monthly? 
If you have a DIY system, how do you like it?

Simpli Safe. Very affordable and easy to set up myself. We have been very happy with it. There are always coupon codes you can find too!

We have a wyze system and really love it! No monthly subscription required, easy to use app, can be used with Alexa. We had simplisafe before but it was way more expensive and both my system and my sisters would have false alarms (which costs $ in fines to the police when they come out) and mine would go off at random times for no reason, scaring the small children/waking them up.

We have security cameras, bought off Amazon. Ran through Blue Iris. One faces our front yard, front door/porch and one our backdoor/cars. We also have the Ring alarm system. No monthly payment on either. Both the cameras and the Ring can be accessed through our phones.  My husband set everything up himself.
