Anyone found any treats, snacks, or dishes they enjoy as an alternative to calorie dense foods? I finally am getting the hang of moderation and balance in my eating! My guilty pleasure slices of cake sold at grocery store topped with ice cream😩. You know the slices sold at publix, walmart, kroger? Uggghhh I would eat one almost every other day 400-600 calories😩. I found an alternative..... I warm this brownie up and top with a tablespoon or two of dairy free almond milk ice cream 🍨 and omgoodness delicious. I believe its about 150 or so calories. Share your healthy lower calorie options!
