Is it normal for females to have a lower sex drive than their male partner?

I used to think I was asexual, but am starting to realize that having a lower sex drive than a male is pretty common? I have never came from a male and have a really hard time getting in the mood. Ultimately, I haven’t spent enough time on myself. What are your experiences with this topic? Do your partners get frustrated when you’re not in the mood?

Me and my husband dont match. Im lower he is higher. We just compromise. I also had to get to understand that I need to feel valued, loved, and protected to give myself away and also to relax and enjoy. And my husband knows that. 
    I dont think i ever get horny. I think im borderline A sexual in a sense. But sex is nice... i just never crave it. And i never had an orgasm until my husband and i believe it was because i was able to relax and just be myself enough for us to experiment and find what works.

I used to be more like you but, with my husband now I have a higher drive than him and really would love daily. Idk if it has to do with age as I’ve read women hit their peaks later or maybe its all to do with my husband being a better sexual partner

My sex drive is a bit sporadic, but basically really high & I am psychologically very into sex- I always have been. 
But everyone is different, some people have lower sex drives, some people have higher.

My partner has to work for it for sure! I sometimes envy women who have high sex drives. I used to be high, but when I hit 25, everything went down hill from there LOL

I’m just trying to get a feel of what it’s like for women. My boyfriend broke up with me recently because I told him a year ago that I think that I’m asexual. We’ve been struggling with it ever since. But I started to realize that a lot of the females I am friends with, have the same outlook. I’m just overly blunt and honest with him when I’m not in the mood and that frustrates him. But I have gone out of my way to please him as well. Thank you for the answers!
