HELP!! How do I get rid of these?

I have these bumps on my forehead and I’m not sure on how to get rid of them? Any tips on how to make them go away?

It looks like some normal acne... usually they’re caused by hormonal changes. 
Just keep your face washed (usually 1-2 times per day is enough) with mild soap and warm water, and moisturized every time.

It’s just acne. It looks to me like you might have oily skin? Just try and keep it washed and use a light moisturizer. Stuff with Hyaluronic acid is a really good.

For bad pimples I use tea tree oil mixed with Vaseline aka Petroleum Jelly

Honey nd camomile or cucumbers look on google for natural things that combine with ur skin not all of us have the same skin so look before u try something

I am not sure if it will work, but pure tea tree oil did an excellent job for me. You can try but blend it with your facial moisturizer. I Hope it will help you.

Hi, this is fungal acne and you can use a dandruff shampoo to wash your face! Trust me it sounds weird but it’s what my dermatologist recommended :)

salicylic acid face wash without any harsh scrub beads in it will help prevent them. Differin gel or clindamycin helps treat them. 
Any spot treatment with salicylic acid are also great.
Note: I have very sensitive skin and these work for me
