Pregnancy symptoms vs. period symptoms

I am expecting to get my period either tomorrow or the next day. I have bad acne and mild cramping right now, which is usually a sign I should get my period very soon. Is there any chance these symptoms could also be pregnancy symptoms? Have any of you had the exact same symptoms that come before your period and your turned out to be pregnant? We’ve been trying with IUI’s for 3 months.
