I want to move to Italy.

Hello! I’m a 19 year old female from the US. It has been my dream for as long as I can remember to move to Italy. I’ve never been overseas but I just know I’d love the atmosphere of European life. Obviously, I’m young. I don’t have a degree in anything and I don’t really have many “plans” for the future. I want to become an ultrasound tech but I’m working to save for that right now. Other than that, I don’t know what I want to do. I hate the state I live in. I don’t see myself living here for a long time. I have a partner here and I’m not even sure he would want to move to Europe.

How would you go about it? How hard is it to really move overseas without a set career? Also, I don’t speak Italian. I understand a lot of Spanish (so I can decipher some Italian) but I’m not fluent.

It’s just literally my dream. I really want to work for it but I would want to make it a reality as soon as I can.
