Súper itchy

Im really itchy down there n it burns sometimes when I pee. Both the itchy n burning is at random times not all day but randomly. I called my dr n my appointment is until next Friday 😭 I also smell really fast like I just showered rn but I’ll end up smelling in a couple of hours and it’s not a fishy smell it’s idk what smell. The only example I have is when my ex would come home from work after being outside all day n he takes off his work boots n it smells like feet that’s kinda what it smells like it’s so embarrassing that I smell like that.! Any suggestions on what I could do I don’t wanna wait more I started walking to loose some weight and I start getting itchy down there n I can’t just itch it In front of everyone 😭😭😭 Is there anything I can buy at the store until I wait for my appointment next week.??

Update: Should I switch drs to try n get someone that can see me earlier or planned parenthood.??
