I have come to the acceptance that I can no longer provide breastmilk for my baby, it has beaten me up mentally because I planned on doing it for at least a year but its just not in the cards for me. I've been upset about it for a while now but I'm done feeling like poop. My baby got the good stuff her first 3 months of life which was important and I'm glad I alteast made it that long. She is super healthy and I hope she remains that way, she doesn't go hungry because well formula, anyone can feed her now, there are other benefits to this but ill stop here lol. She is a great baby and I'm still a great mommy even though I can't feed her from me anymore.
