Gestational diabetes/ Metformin!!
Hi all so I had GD in my last pregnancy and was diet controlled up until my last 2 weeks of pregnancy when they started me on insulin... this go around I’m currently 26 weeks and have been testing my own sugars for 2 weeks now and my doctor diagnosed me with GD and started me on metformin.. I’ve never taken this before and I also have cholestasis.. anyone ever take metformin? Positive results? I wish they would of put me on insulin it made me feel so much better!
