2 under 2 ???

Question

Moms who have 2 baby’s under 2 how hard is it ? Any positives ? I need to hear them. My baby hasn’t even turned one yet and I’m pregnant. I’m terrified, feel ashamed, embarrassed, and heartbroken. I wanted another baby but not right now. Especially with this whole pandemic going on. I feel like I betrayed my baby by having another while he’s so young. I just need mental preparation I guess. I don’t know what I need. If I abort this baby I know I’ll never forgive myself and if I keep this baby I need to know that it’ll be ok but I just feel so sad.

I’ve seen other day they feel they’ve betrayed their baby by becoming pregnant but to me it makes no sense . My brother is 13 months older than me and we were besties . It’s a built in best friend it’s a blessing for ur older one . Nothing wrong or shameful about it. Kids yearn for company and siblings . I’m in the opposite boat and can’t give my daughter a sibling so I dunno maybe my mentality so different . But I was so happy to be so close in age with my brother 🙃 congrats !

I have 4 kids and they're all 21 months to 2.5 year apart. I promise you that you're giving your child a whole lot more than you're possibly taking. My kids are best friends, and them having each other during this pandemic has been invaluable. My siblings and I were farther apart in age, and while it may have been easier for my parents to manage the household, we were not as close as my kids are.

I got pregnant with my second when my first was only 8 months old, he will be 1 on August 16th and I’ll be 20 weeks pregnant the day after. The way I look at it is yes it’ll be hard, but my babies are a blessing and them being so close in age they’ll (hopefully) be the best of friends 💙 cheer up, it’ll be okay you’re not a bad mom for getting pregnant so quickly you’re just giving your first baby a new best friend 🥰💙

I have an 18 month old and almost 4 month old. I'm not going to lie, it's hard but seeing how much my two boys love each other already is the best thing. My toddler looks at the baby and says "hi" and the little one gets the biggest smile on his face. My first son was only 6 months old when I got pregnant and I felt horrible, I became a little depressed because I felt like my first son wasn't going to get all my attention when he still needed it. There are days where I want to give up because my toddler is throwing a temper tantrum and my little one needs to eat or needs a diaper change. At first it's hard to split your time because the newborn needs a lot of attention but it does get easier. When I put the baby down for a nap I make sure to spend some time with my toddler. It may take some trial and error but you'll figure it out.

I am having my first baby and although I can’t say I have two under two my sister does. She does an amazing job with keeping up with them and makes it look so easy. It’s possible don’t let yourself think it isn’t. I’m not going to say it’s easy cause I know it’s not I’ve watched them both and it’s a lot of work but you can do it if you really want to. She has even put them on similar sleep schedules or tries to put them down at the same time. You got this mamas! It’ll be tough but you can handle it, just have to tell yourself you can. Things will work themselves out and you will get into the groove of what works best for them both!
