How to wean off Nutramigen??

So my girls 9 month appointment in May was canceled because of covid.

So I didnt get to ask all my questions for what to expect up to 12 months.

My daughter's 12 month appt is on the 31st but she turns 1 the 24th.

When I asked at her 6 month appt when to take her off the formula she said her 12th month and start with cows milk to see if the allergy is resolved

How do I wean her off Nutramigen to whole milk??

Like what's the process?

I know the symptoms to look for if she is still allergic.

Also...if she is still allergic what should I try instead of cows milk??
