😭 how long does it last

I believe my baby is going thru a growth spurt ... she just turned two months & this entire week she’s been extremely fussy ... her sleeping schedule changed drastically & I just don’t know what else to do ... she’s not colicky but has just been non stop crying & super restless I dont know how else to console her I feel like I’ve tried everything !!!! ... how long do these phases usually last
