Would you feel comfortable flying with a 1 year old during this time?

If you really don’t have a choice then of course you can take safety precautions, make sure your flight has a distancing option and wear gloves.

Wear a mask. Avoid touching your face. Bring sanitizer. Make sure no one touches your child either. You can probably hold her and cover her while in line as well to go through TSA

I suggest getting a baby carrier, a Muslim blanket & bring a huge sanitizer , disinfectant wipes for the seats and some for your hands . Sit in areas less crowded and use sanitizer after touching every service . Take as much precautions as you can

I just flew with my 11 mo and felt as safe as possible. I suggest flying with Delta because they are 60% capacity while other airlines are higher. They give everyone hand sanitizer and Purell wipes when they get on the plane. Since I was traveling with my husband we had the whole row to ourself as well. Also, our flight attendant was a stickler with the masks and made sure everyone wore one the whole time correctly. My husband pulled his under his nose and she came and made him pull it up. Lol

I have been pretty uncomfortable every time I have flown with him. He is able to move around and touch all kinds of shit and people don’t wear their masks even though they are required which leaves him completely unprotected. Only one more flight until we can stay on the ground for a while and I can’t wait!

Stay away from people in the airports, wear your mask, bring Clorox wipes, and hand sanitizer. You should be ok.
