Lower Back Pain
Anybody have lower back pain? Like on a scale from 1-10, I would say mines about a solid 7. It started out of nowhere today. I can’t get up to do simple things like walk from my bed to the bathroom without being in pain.
Anybody have tips on what they did to help the pain? I’ve taken Tylenol and used a heating pad and nothing helps except laying on my side. This is pregnancy number 2 for me and I didn’t have this issue at all with my son 😫
