Severe headaches 15w pregnant
Someone please help the headaches are intensifying everyday. I’m hydrated, I take my vitiams, I eat a well balanced diet and I’m active. I was only prescribed Tylenol *Navy medicine*😢 before pregnancy I suffered from chronic migraines due to a concussion on the ship and I’m no longer allowed to take my medication *valuim or the shots* someone plzzzz tell me what I can do? 😭
