***TW*** Do you let your kids do stuff alone?
I’m watching cold case files on Netflix and episode 1 is about a 12 year old girl who was kidnapped walking home from a Girl Scouts Halloween party. She was found 3 days later dead and obvious signs of sexual abuse prior to her death and was pushed off of a bridge almost 40 feet from the ground while still alive. 🥺🥺
Not blame being placed on the parents at all but with all of the abduction stories we have heard of or scene I ask do you still allow your kids to do stuff alone?
Like walk to/home from school or friends house or just hang outside alone?
I know kids like to do some tasks alone and we as parents or parents to be would like to not be helicopter parents.
I know we never think things could happen to us or our children but the amount of kids missing in 2019 is much more than I expected.
