Help please

My daughter is 5 months old. She’s been horrible with her sleeping. She started to have a hard time sleeping a lil before 4 months so I was told she was going through a regression. Well she’s now a lil over 5 months... how long does this regression go for bcuz it seems to only get worse. I’ve tried everything. I even rock her and she just screams her head off the only way to calm her is with a bottle even if she already had one. And no she does not like her pacifier. She just spits it out.
