Hey guys this is kind of embarrassing to say but I really need help I’ve been having really painful pimples in the sides of my vagina and I’m top of my vagina that look like buried grains and they hurt so bad the bad thing is that I think I have them all around and I’m scared. Who can help me? Can A gynecologist help me?

Sounds like possibly ingrown hairs. Go to gynecologist just in case. Don’t shave anymore before then. Try not to mess with it.
