Would you trust your BBT over OPK’s
Hi. My app said I ovulated Aug 2nd and then I got a opk surge Aug 5th my bbt began going back up the day as well and all my ovulation symptoms stopped the app said that testing with opk’s said I ovulated August 7th but by then I no longer had ovulation symptoms what should I trust
