nose mucus? sinus congestion?

i’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and have been dealing with horrible sinus congestion since about 16 weeks pregnant. i had a really bad tooth abscess that had to be removed.. and ever since on the same side i’ve had the worst congestion ever! that side of my nose has a really bad odor and taste. i followed up with my ob and dentist. i’ve been on antibiotics almost my entire pregnancy.. and nothing has changed. i’m still blowing out green mucus and can hardly breathe on that side! does anyone have any tips or advice on how to get rid of this?
