Will I miscarry?

Two days ago my HCG levels were 43,779 and today they are 43,179. My baby also was measuring a little small. I don’t feel like anything makes sense except that I am losing the baby 😢 any thoughts?

How far along are you? The HCG levels go down at some point of the pregnancy.
