Spotting After Orgasm

I'm 22 weeks pregnant for the past few times me and my boyfriend had sex I've spotted a very small amount and thought that it was because of him being a little rough w/ penetration. Today I used my vibrator not inside just on my clit and I had spotting when I wiped after just a little blood on the tissue when I wiped two times then nothing after. This is the first time that happened from clitoral stimulation. Should I go to the hospital or is that normal?
