Sharp pain up vagina

Recently I’ve been getting sudden sharp pains up my vagina and lower abdominal discomfort. I did test positive for a STI 2 months ago but just got tested again and it was negative. I am on the birth control pill and my boyfriend pulls out every time we have sex. We had sex this last weekend and it was rough and For some reason I always cramp after rough sex, so idk if that’s the cause ? I’m suppose to be ovulating this week so I don’t know if that’s it. I’m a very anxious person as is and get nauseous stressing myself out about pregnancy. Anything helps please please please ! Thankyou!
