Be Kind to Everyone

My delivery driver was over 1 hour late with my order. In the chat, he was extremely apologetic and explained he was having car troubles. I didn't question it, didn't get mad. He offered to buy me some ice cream or a drink. I told him he was fine, I wasn't upset and he didn't need to buy me anything. We are all human after all. I know if I was in that position, I would want people to be kind to me. You never know what someone else is going through and how much better you can make a stressful situation for them by just being KIND. My tacos were cold but I just put them in the oven to toast and they were good as fresh(: Things could be worse after all. Just a little PSA before you go and berate your delivery person.
