Ladies willing to help a paranoid mama

Hi ladies

So I am the paranoid mama.

I've got a soon to be 1 year old and I'm giving birth in 10 weeks time.

The guilt of not preparing months in advance is real, but running after a 1 year old and trying to run a business from home and plan birthday parties, etc is super time consuming.

Are there any amazing mama's out there with 2 under 2 who could help me with preparing?

I have no idea what stroller to get (we have a 5 door car with a medium size boot)

I have no idea what new things to buy.

Is there anything I should be preparing my little one for? We trying to sleep train her but DAMN she's not having any of it at the moment.

Any life saving buys that you got to help you out?
