Potential job offer

I recently had a hr interview that went well it was followed by another interview with 2 managers. Today I received an email from the hr recruiter that shed like to schedule a short call with me to provide feedback. Does this mean I'm going to most likely have a job offer? I would think if I were rejected she would not waste time telling me on the phone so I'm assuming it will be good news.

This is going to be my first new job after a 12 yr stint at another company so I'm not too familiar with the interview process. My husband thinks they will tell me areas i need to improve on
