Surprise bday weekend in Vegas for my husband

Not sure which group to post this in, but I’m wanting to surprise my husband with a weekend trip to Vegas for his birthday in November. I haven’t been since I was 16 and he hasn’t been since he was 20 so neither one of us really know the first thing about it.

Trying to pick a hotel and I’m looking for recommendations. We’re not gamblers or smokers, we will want a nice pool to hang out at, and will probably want it to be centrally located on the strip. I want it to be somewhere with a really cool vibe for sure. The Cosmopolitan and Waldorf Astoria are my options right now because they’re running awesome deals but open to other suggestions!
