Voting booths in schools

I am not sure how much this topic has been mentioned on here but I want to hear what you think about it.

When I was in middle school it was the Trump and Clinton election. During the voting they set it up in local schools. The voting booths were right next to kids lockers’ including my own and people could very easily bother the kids during passing period when everyone was accessing their lockers. I feel it potentially can be a safety hazard, I mean there was the school security near the area but how well monitored is it really?

So what are your thoughts on using schools such as middle and high schools as voting areas?
