Curious on weeks.

Hello looking for cycle buddies!

I had my last period on June 23rd through 27th. I took a pregnancy test on July 28th it was negative! I vomited once on the 7th of August and took my next test on August 8th and it was positive took 3 more up to the August 10th all positive. I don’t have regular cycles so I use 3 different apps and each one says different I had 13 days late, 7 days late, 5 days late on another app for my period. My question is how many weeks am I? Each app suggested I was between 4-7 weeks pregnant?

Anyone else last period same as mine with same testing results?
