Hey mommas!! Can you share with me your daily routing with your babies?

Mine is 19 and a half weeks old and I have somewhat a routing with her but I think I need to be more consisting... I’m just so tired every morning cause she wakes up every 1 or 2 hours every night that is hard for me to creat a routing every morning ... she does go to sleep every-night between 8 and 8:30pm. So please 🙏🏼 share with my your daily routing, if I google 4.5 month old baby routing everything looks so perfect and I know it can’t be like that for real😕.

Look up wake windows. There's a certain amount of time a baby at any given age can be awake (approximate) before they get too tired. Don't look at nap schedules because if your baby is anything like mine (incredibly short napper) they will be useless. They always say 1-2 hour naps but my son never did. Instead look at wake windows.

Our typical day is:
7-8 wake up
10ish nap
12ish nap
3ish nap
6ish nap
And if she's not ready for a nap by 6 I try and keep her up until her last bottle around 8 and she's asleep between 8:30-9:30 for the night.
She wakes up between 2-4 for a bottle then back to sleep until morning.
We do baths in the morning or afternoon because that's what works for us.
Before each nap when I can tell she's starting to get tired I read her a book while rocking in the rocking chair and by 7:30pm the blinds are all closed and hardly any lights on, we read a book and then have her last bottle and she's asleep shortly she's finished.

If she were to wake up at 7am one morning I’d just shift everything by an hour. I just try to put her down for a nap about every 2 hours. She’s breastfed so we feed on demand. Usually she wakes up just once during the night to feed. We recently started sleep training and that really helped enforce our schedule.

I personally work around my babies bottles/ feeds. He’s 6 months old. I always give him a bottle at these times: 7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm, 11pm. I only gave him the 11pm bottle if he woke up for it. I stopped the 3am bottle when I moved him into his cot (at 5 months old). I would just put his dummy back in, pat bum a couple of times if he woke in the night and still do. He wakes up at 6am, mainly because his big brother wakes him up. Bottle at 7am, porridge at 8am. Then he’ll fall asleep around 8:30-9am for 1 hour or so. Then 11am bottle. If he’s super tired he’ll fall back to sleep after this bottle then I give him his lunch as soon as he wakes up. If he manages to stay awake I give him his lunch between 12-12:30 then he’ll fall asleep for 1-1.5 hours. Then bottle at 3pm, he then usually falls asleep around 4pm for 30-40 minutes. I give him his dinner at 5:30pm. Bath at 6:30pm with his brother. 7pm bottle. Then he’ll fall asleep between 7:30-8pm. I can now put him straight in his cot wide awake and he settles himself off to sleep. I have used a white noise machine (My Hummu) since he was born with a dummy and blankey. As soon as he has all 3 he knows it’s bed time. Then he’ll sleep through until 6am. If he does wake in the night it’s just to put dummy back in. Just don’t worry if the naps chop and change. That’s why I am strict with the bottles to be had at a set time. Everything else just moulds around really, even when I’m out! At least then his body knows exactly when he will be fed so he’s always content on good ☺️ I hope this helps?
