He thinks the scars on my vagina lips from shaving is herpes?!

I’ve been dating this guy for about 4 months and last night we decided to send each other some nudes. I sent him one and he asked if I had herpes... I told him no and he’s like “well why does it look like you popped the herpes pimples or something” so I’m like what? Those are scars from shaving and not exfoliating properly. We ended up arguing because he accused me of having all kinds of STDs and not being honest with him. My last text that I sent I said “I’ve never had unprotected sex and I’m always safe and get tested regularly.”

Few hours later I log onto Facebook and I told my friend about what happened. She sends me a screenshot of the text thread Between me and the guy I’m talking to my name and number was blurred out. But apparently he sent a screenshot of our conversation to his buddy and his buddy posted it on Facebook saying “look at this girl trying to play my bro knowing she infected” it got 50 shares.

So I texted him and I’m like why did you send your friend our conversation and he’s like yeah I showed the picture to my brother and he said that you’re right it is just scars from shaving. “Im sorry I just thought you had a disease or something” honestly so lost at this point because I really like him... but this situation threw me off. On top of all of this he’s 23 I would expect an 23 year old to know the difference between a STD and a scar. But I’m conflicted should I give him another chance?
